Title
Copy of the will of Samuel Bonsall, farmer, of Breaston: His nephew John Bonsall, farmer, of Breaston, Thomas Sheldon, farmer, of Wilsthorpe and Samuel Cooke, farmer, of Breaston are co-trustees and executors. Samuel Bonsall's wife Mary is to receive the income from the following during her life: 2 messuages at Sandiacre and Moore Close at Bramcote; a messuage and closes called the Croft and Cunnery in Bramcote to be occupied by John Morley and his wife Catherine for their lives and his wife Mary to receive £300 of the proceeds of sale if not remarried; a messuage and closes occupied by Samuel Bonsall in Breaston and adjoining messuage occupied by Joseph Poxon; a messuage at Sandiacre occupied by Widow Cocking (after Mary's death, to nephew Samuel and his wife Mary and then to their son, Samuel); two closes at Draycott. After his wife's decease, weekly payments to his nephew, Samuel and wife Mary, and nephew William Bonsall of Sandiacre. The interest on £100 to be paid to Susannah Upton, widow of James Upton of Stinchcomb, (Gloucestershire), the sum to be paid on her death to her two daughters. The interest on £300 to be paid to Elizabeth Churchill, widow, "now living with me", and the sum to be paid on her death to her children, John Churchill and Ann Humphrey.
