Items found pinned to front fly-leaf of D2112/A/PI/2/1: D2112/A/PI/2/1/1-2; Memorandum of agreement between the churchwardens and Mr. Peter Payne of Church Gresley for the purchase of a piece of land containing 10 perches situated on the SW corner of the churchyard, for £4, Dec 1827 with receipt Jan 1828. D2112/A/PI/2/1/3; Estimate for building stable in churchyard, with agreement as to apportionment of cost Sep-Oct 1814. D2112/A/PI/2/1/4; Receipt by Peter Payne for £2 in return for 60 yards of land given up to Mr. John Smith for the erection of stables and shedding adjoining the church-yard May 1815
