Lease for 21 years by Edward Large, vicar and churchwardens to Ellis Emery of Derby, inn holder, of messuage in the Cornmarket lately occupied by William Wragge, shoemaker, containing one kitchen or house place, one passage room, one small buttery, one large shop fronting towards the street, one small cellar near the buttery, one chamber over the said shop, one other chamber over the gatehouse and a shop now in the possession of Isaac Hegge, one other chamber over the said passage room, one chamber over the kitchen, one stable up the yard, one other large room or stable used by William Wragg for a malt mill, one pig sty, place to lay coals and tie beasts, both under a hovel now used by Isaac Hegge to lay kids, gorse and other baker's fuel, one midden hole and the house of office near the same and part of the garden, rent £3 10s per annum, 23 Dec 1704
