Ellis Kirfoot, vicar, and churchwardens against William Buckley, interrogations to be ministered to the witness on the part and behalf of Elys Kyrfoote, vicar of St Peter's, William Burne and Henry Wandell, churchwardens, plaintiffs, William Buckeley, defendant, re the Liversage Charity and the title to the charity lands, copy of the will of Robert Liversage, the answer of William Buckley, Ellis Kirfoot's petition to Sir Thomas Brinley, Lord Chancellor reciting will of Robert Liversage, the commencement of suits by George Liversage claiming title to the properties, retention of William Buckley by vicar and wardens as solicitor to defend against these suits. Buckley has all the deeds etc relating to the charity and will not give them up and "denies the good use and intent" of the will.
