Title
Lease for 60 years and counterpart by the trustees to John Keeling, timber merchant, of piece of land of 560 sq yds, being part of the Old Bowling Green in the parish of All Saints on the east side of the Morledge, on which Keeling has recently erected a messuage and other buildings, and a small strip of land cut to a depth of 6 1/2 ft which has been used to make the Morledge Brook navigable, rent £16 per annum 1 May 1807
