Quitclaim by John Chambers of Derby, esq, with the consent of the Vicars, churchwardens and overseers of the poor of St Peter's and St Werburgh's, to Susannah Walker, widow, and William Walker of Spondon, yeoman, of all the messuages, lands, tenements and hereditaments late of Theodosia Brough, now of Susannah and William Walker, charged with a rent charge of 40s to be paid to 10 poor widows (each) in the parishes of St Pete rand St Werburgh's, except for closes called New Close and Royal Hill on which the rent charge shall be exclusively charged in the future, 1 Sep [1750]
