Deed of exchange between the Trustees of the Liversage Charity and George Litton of Derby, hosier, and John Rusby of Derby, gent, by which the Trustees have granted to Litton and Rusby, a messuage or tenement in the parish of St Peter late in the occupation of John Richardson and Charles Jerom, whitesmiths, 23 ft 8 ins in front facing the street near a bridge commonly called Goal [Gaol] Bridge, in exchange for 2 acres of land, measured at 1 acre 2 roods 19 perches, being part of Great Gallow's Close in the liberty of Litchurch
