Title
Deed of exchange between the Trustees of the Liversage Charity and John Borrow, esq, younger son of Isaac Borrow of Castlefield, by which the Trustees have granted to Borrow, a flatt of arable ground with the headland at the upper end in the Stock brooke Field, shooting to the highway leading from Derby to Mickleover, and 7 lands of arable land in the Stockbrooke Field, lately surveyed and found to contain together 5 acres 0 roods 17 perches, in exchange for 5 acres 0 roods 17 perches of a close called Great Gallows's Close in the liberty of Litchurch. 9 Aug 1739
