Deed of exchange between the Trustees of the Liversage Charity and Francis Cokayne of Mile End, Stepney, Middlesex, merchant, by which the Trustees have granted to Cokayne all that garden of 1/2 acre. called Silk Mill Garden in the parish of St Peter near Babington Lane and sundry lands in Whitecross Field viz one single land and two other lands of 1 acre, one other land nearby of 1/2 acre, 4 other lands of 1 acre in exchange for a close called Ma. Osborne's Close of 3 acres in the Parkfield, 6 Jun [1739]
