Bargain and sale by the trustees of the Liversage Charity to George Osborne of Derby, gent, and Margaret Avery of Derby, widow, son and daughter of William Osborne decd. in consideration of £40 of a rentcharge of £1 13s 6d arising from a close called Calvers Close in the parish of St Alkmund's, £1 6s 0d to the use of the charity expressed in the will of William Osborne to be distributed by the Vicar and churchwardens of St Peter's in accordance with the will: 5s to the use expressed in the will of James Stables; remaining 2s 6d to the use of the Clerk of the church of St Peter's, 1 Jun 1722
