Deed of exchange between Henry Green, clerk, Vicar of St Peter's, Isaac Borrow and George Osborne gent, churchwardens, Anthony Blackwall, Henry Noton, William Thorp, Edward Marshall, Philip Jackson, Thomas Smith, Ralph Scampton, and Joseph Ward, of St Peter's, trustees of the Liversage lands, and Francis Gregg of Putney, Surrey, Esq, by which the trustees have granted to Gregg, a parcel of ground adjacent the Common Street in St Peter's and adjacent the house and courtyard of Francis Gregg on the north, in exchange for four lands in the Parkfield of 2 acres one end butting on the Derby to Kedleston road. 6 Feb 1720/1
