Gift by Robert Lyversage [Liversage] of Derby, burgess and dyer, to William Colyar, clerk, vicar of the church of St Peters, Roger Smith, puterer, Thomas Walkar, Robert Yorke, Thomas Warde, Thomas Heyther, John Grene and Robert Smyth son of Roger Smyth of all his tenement in the town and borough of Derby on the north side of St Peter's Bridge with a garden and all appurtenances, a tenement in the occupation of Thomas Warde in the Corn Market Strete, a tenement late in the occupation of Thomas Stamford in the same street, a tenement next to the well called St Peter's Well in the occupation of Henry Columbell, a tenement next to St Peter's churchyard lately used as a schoolhouse, a messuage in the Morledge in the occupation of John Stele with 3 cottages and 20a of arable land in the fields of Derby a close lying in a way called Wanndell Lane lately acquired from Henry Wanndell, a tenement in the occupation of Robert Walker in the parish of St Peter's near the bridge, a tenement in the occupation of Richard Myddelton and a tenement in the occupation of Richard Eburstone in a street called Baggelane: to the use of Robert Lyversedge and Alice his wife for their lives and then to the uses expressed by the "last wish" of the said Robert: with power of attorney to Ralph Orchard and Edward Lenton. 2 Aug 21 Henry VIII.
