Declaration with counterpart between the bayliffes, and burgesses of the town and borough of Derby and William Buckley of Derby, gent, and Ellys Kyrfoot, clerk, vicar of St Peter's and William Burne and Henry Wanndell churchwardens of St Peter's reciting deed of 22 Elizabeth by which William Buckley and Vicar and Wardens granted to the bayliffes and burgesses a rent charge of £3 6s 8d arising from diverse messuages, lands and tenements belonging to William Buckley. The bayliffes and burgesses will employ and bestow the rent charge according to the meaning of the award towards the sustenance and relief of the poor of the parish of St Peter and towards other acts and deeds of charity in the parish of St Peter.
