Gift and counterpart by William Buckeley of Derby, gent, to Ellys Kyrfoote, Vicar of St Peter's, William Borne and Henry Wandell churchwardens of St Peter's and the bailiffs and burgesses of Derby of an annuity of £3 6s 8d issuing out of a messuage, kiln, malt chambers, two barns and garden in the occupation of Cecily Burdon and William Buckley, and of a messuage, tenement, barn, croft and garden, 2 acres of arable, 1/2 a. of meadow in Derby in the occupation of William Lonte, out of a messuage in the occupation of Henry Hurdman, a messuage and garden in the occupation of Thomas [name illegible] and a messuage in Derby in the occupation of Richard Deacon, and two cottages and garden in the occupation of Henry Mylner, cottage and garden in the occupation of Robert Kye, a close in Bridge Croft and 21 acres of arable land and one acre of pasture in the occupation of Richard Creswell, 1/2 a. of arable in the tenure of Rayffe Bentley, and a close in Green Lane in the occupation of Oliver Smythe, pursuant to a case in Chancery between the Vicar, churchwardens, bailiffs and burgesses and William Buckley regarding the "overplus" of the Liversage lands.
