TitleLease and release to lead uses of a recovery for barring estates tail whereby William Pegge of Yeldersley, gent, conveys to Michael Barbor of Lions (sic) Inn [Lincolns Inn, Middlesex], gent, a messuage called Yeldersley Hall Thomas Robbinson) with outbuildings and (tenant gardens etc, and closes known as Calf Croft, Barn Croft, Little Wast Meadow, Great Wast Meadow, Pease Close, Cow Close, Shirleys Feete, Stones Croft, Ox Close, the two Middle Closes, and the Nether Grounds, also a messuage (tenant William Jerom) and closes called Pear Tree Meadow, Whittley Green, Nether Grounds, the Two Rough Closes, Barley Peece, Crabb Trees, Killn Close, the Case, Back of the House, New Brick, Little Wood and Swine Peece, a messuage and outbuildings (tenant Hannah Plant, widow) and closes known as Little Croft, the Meadow, Middle Peece and Long Close, two adjoining cottages and gardens (tenants John Heath and William Robinson), all at Yeldersley and a messuage at Painters Lane (tenant Sarah Needham, spinster) and land known as Bownes Close, the two Marlpitt Close, the two Salley Closes, the two Long Closes, Pease Close, Little Croft, the Meadow and Thistley Close, so that Barbor may be tenant for suffering a recovery by Simon Mountfort of Cheadle (Staffordshire), gent, to use of Barbor (sic) in fee simple,
