Title
Probate of Thomas Wilson of Codnore, yeoman. Testator confirms to his wife lsabell, the lands settled upon her by their marriage settlement (1636) with a messuage and lands at Ockbrook; to his daughter Anne Mitton, 2s 6d and to her daughter, Mary Mitton 5s; to his daughter Elizabeth Harris 2s 6d and to her sons, John and Samuel Harris, 12d each; to his daughter Rebeckah Wilson, £200; to his daughter Mary Wilson, £200; to his son Nathaniell in fee simple, a house lately erected (tenant William Wood), the close it stands upon, the adjoining close called Coak Feild, a close called Pitty close (tenant Raph Green) and parcels of land in Lords Moore Meadow, but if the income from this does not amount to £10 p.a. then to his executors (William Wilson, his brother, Thomas Wilson, son of William, and Patricke Richardson of Smalley his kinsman), all his estate at Codnor which is settled upon his wife, with all other lands mentioned in his marriage settlement, for a term of 6 years after his wife's death upon trust to pay the above legacies and then upon trust to pay the above legacies and then to allow his son, Thomas Wilson, to receive the rents and profits for the remainder of the term his wife to dispose of his household goods(Will dated 15 November 1658), 4 Oct.1661
