It states at the beginning 'First of all let me tell you that you are dealing with a very peculiar man.' It mentions an accident in 1919 and another in October 1950. there are handwritten letters from the claimant. The appeal was against the decision of 27 July 1951 that there was no loss of faculty resulting from the accident. There are detailed medical notes and numerous correspondence including a letter from George Oliver MP dated 1 May 1951. |
