The appeal was against the decision of 15 November 1950 when assessed at 10 per cent final. Increased to 15 per cent provisionally upon appeal. Information relating to another claimant [Gerald Ball] is included in a letter dated 10 February 1951 regarding the date of his Medical Appeal Tribunal.
