A 5 per cent disability award had been made which this appeal was against. In Turner's grounds of appeal he wrote: ' I consider the award is inadequate and is not based on the real disability but on my age in my opinion [...] before the accident I could do my work with comfort, and take advantage of incentives but now I can't make ordinary time [...] I have not had a square deal'. |
