The appeal grounds: 'Cannot do Heavy work or lift weights (Hernia) £2 2 is not sufficient to keep my wife and myself owing to increces of food and such things'. The findings of the Tribunal included: 'There is a contention [...] that the right herniotomy has not been entirely successful' |
