Description of accident: He changed a worn side roller on the conveyor belt and, when visually examining bottom of belt, he saw dirt attached to the bottom roller. He spontaneously tapped the roller with his hammer. This got fast, and in trying to liberate it, his arm was trapped
Further information: Claimant also has a 'keloid scar' on back of shoulder.
