This information was marked 'Not included in claimants papers'. The Tribunal disagreed with this finding but repayment of benefit 'overpayment' of £50. 16. 0d. was not required 'As I am satisfied that the benefit was obtained in good faith'. No mention of smoking in relation to the cancer. |
