The notice of the decision of the Local Tribunal dated 7 April 1951 found against the Davies. Following this there is a claim for Special Hardship Allowance dated 28 May 1951 on the grounds that 'I have never been back to my pre-accident work.' The claimant was a Fan Attendant and post-injury worked as a Conveyor Belt Attendant. There are 2 dates of accidents provided: 7 September 1950 and 26 October 1950.
