He was fully discharged on 1 December 1950. The initial Medical Board report, dated 17 January 1951, includes a description of Fox's accident: 'Coals came over from coal face, stricking [sic] him on the helmet knowcking him backwards.' Handwritten notes state 'Severe Headaches.' The Tribunal Decision paperwork states 'We are unable to give an assessment that would be of any benefit.' |
