Description of accident: Slipped while attempting to lift a lump of coal onto the belt
Further information: History of inguinal hernia repaired surgically in 1944. Draper was attending for local anaesthetic (Xylocaine) injections into the hernia scar area because of ongoing pain. Two further periods of disablement assessment are given: 20 per cent from 27 January 1956 to 26 July 1956 and 3 per cent from 27 July 1956 to 26 April 1957.
