Further information: The Appeal was for unforeseen aggravation of the results of the accident, ongoing chest pain. 'I had pneumonia in 1950. Just before I had been in Pastures hospital with my nerves.' The Medical Board decision of 3 May 1956 was upheld, that there had been no unforeseen aggravation.
