Further information: This man's incapacity is largely due to constitutional features.' Initially the accident was thought to have caused a sub-arachnoid haemorrhage; symptoms later included headaches, dizziness and deafness. Final physician's report stated: ' Hall's present symptoms are probably due to a minor degree of cortical atrophy' and 'he has to rely very considerably on his brother with whom he works'.
