Further information: Martin claimed for 'hernia in the buttock' on his claim form. This proved to be a lopoma which had been present 4 years and was surgically removed. No injury benefit had been paid, The Tribunal found: 'the fatty tumour which was removed had no connection with the relevant accident'.
