He had an operation for the removal of cartilage and returned to work on 4 October 1949 on 'light work' as a driver. He appealed against an award of 15 per cent for life from 22 December 1949 on the grounds of 'light work.' On appeal the extent of disablement was unchanged but provisionally set at 6 months. |
