All jobs that had been undertaken in the pits by the claimant are listed and 'Total exposure to dust hazard' given as 38 years. From Tribunal findings: 'the pneumoconiosis is quiescent [...] His recent exacerbation symptoms are due to myocardial infarction'. The appeal was on grounds of unforeseen aggravation and not proven.
