Injury benefit was payable until 23 October 1950. An appeal against the decision of 15 September 1950 was made on the grounds that 'I still suffer with constant pain as the result of the accident.' On considering the case on 26 November 1950, the Tribunal decided 'He has partially recovered but there is still pain in the back and limitation of movements.' |
