Benefit was disallowed from 30 September 1955 to 3 October 1955 on the grounds that the incapacity is not a result of the relevant injury. The appeal hearing of 7 December 1955 was adjourned for medical evidence. The tribunal found against Mr Crich at a hearing on 11 January 1956.
