Claimant was offered a Medical Board Appeal. Letter from GP dated 24 January 1955 states: 'This patient developed an eczema on the hands, forearms and calves in 1950. At that time he was handling lubricating oil in large quantities [...] cleansing his hands and arms with paraffin.' No outcome recorded.
