Case relating to Holland Ward enclosure, which it was claimed treated Mugginton unfairly

Description
Lord Scarsdale, after initial opposition, had signed the bill for the enclosure, but it is opposed by Mr Jodrell lord of Duffield Manor and Mr Hallowes lord of Mugginton Manor. Gives information on area of enclosure, payment of land tax, cottage and encroachment rents etc
