Title
Both parts of lease and release by Brabazon Hallowes esq to make a tenant to the precipe to suffer a recovery in order to dock estates tail in the manor of Glapwell, Glapwell Hall, messuages and lands (giving tenants and rents) 930 acres in all in Glapwell, Hanging [Ault] Hucknall, Bramley, Bolsover and Scarcliffe, spring woods (40 acres) in the same places, manor of Mugginton, messuages and lands (giving tenants and rents) in Mugginton, Brailsford and Hulland Ward, 480 acres in all and half Mugginton rectory, and to lead the uses of the recovery to Hallowes, his heirs and assigns for ever, 28 and 29 Oct
