Description
Recites conveyance to Mr George Bowre of messuage etc at Great Aspinshaw, Glossop (part of the estate settled at Hallowes' marriage and to indemnify Bowre, Hallowes had conveyed to him lands in Glapwell as security, now he ensures Bowre's possession of the Glossop property, settling Glapwell property on his sons providing that Bowre should be left undisturbed in the Aspinshaw house.
He conveyed capital messuage at Glapwell and all other properties in Glapwell, Bolsover
Scarcliffe and Halt Hucknall, 1/3 (other than what is in marriage settlement) of manor of Dethick, of lands etc belonging, to trustees so that his younger children should have £100 for maintenance annually during wife Catherine's life, with residue to eldest son. After her death, the property was in trust to raise £5,000 for the younger children, Juliana, Chaworth, Thomas, Catherine, Chambre, William and Frances and any children born later for their maintenance, each to receive his share of the £5,000 and interest at 18 or marriage
Under his marriage settlement, a further £3,000 is to be raised for maintenance of the younger children, each to have his share of the £3,000 at 18
