2 parts of articles between Elizabeth Hallowes of Glapwell widow and Thomas Hallowes of Halam (Nottinghamshire) her son; by which she made over to him the house at Glapwell and most of its contents, farm implements and crops, and in return he acquitted her of a debt of £200 plus interest and undertook to maintain his brothers and sisters, Samuel, Nathaniel, Mary, Anne and Theodosia, giving each a portion of £500 upon their marriage; if any of them prefers to maintain himself, Thomas will give them £25 per annum; he is to pay Elizabeth's debts of £659 8s 0d as listed in a schedule and pay her an annuity of £100 in full satisfaction of her claims on her late husband's real estate now in Thomas's possession, 6 Aug
