In consideration of the intended marriage between Samuel the younger and Elizabeth only daughter of Thomas Woolhouse of Glapwell esq. and her marriage portion of £1,000, of the manor of Mugginton, ½ the impropriate rectory of Mugginton, 2/3 of Dethick manor, of Lea Mill and of 2 messuages in Lea; Thornsett Hall and named closes in Glossop and Hayfield, to hold to the uses of the Hallowes family and Samuel and Elizabeth's children, and to provide a jointure for Elizabeth, 26 and 27 Jan 1683/4
