Title
Agreement between John Sherwin of Nottingham gent, executor of John Sherwin deceased a trustee of marriage settlement (as below) and William Hallowes of Nottingham esq and Graciana his wife under the marriage settlement dated 7 Mar 1709 [1710] of William son of the elder Samuel and Ann Hallowes to Graciana Jackson daughter of Robert Jackson, that William and Graciana may convey their property in Dethick and Lea (1/3 of 1/7 and 2/7 of the Manor of Lea etc) to William's nephew Thomas Hallowes for £700, in order to buy property of equal value and settle it to the same uses as that sold
