Title
Quitclaim by Thomas Basset to Richard son of Simon of Glapwell, chaplain of his right in 2 bovates of land with a toft and croft in Glapwell which he bought from his brother William to whom they were given by his uncle Odo who bought them from Andrew son of Richard of Glapwell, saving to Idonea, Odo's widow, her dower. Richard gave Thomas 4 marks of silver for this quitclaim and will render 5s a year to Andrew son of Richard
