Title
Lease by Simon son of Hugh of Glapwell to the canons of Darley for 9 years, of all his demesne land in Bramley and Glapwell except his meadow called Longemedue in Bramley. The canons will give Simon annually 8 quarters of wheat, 4 quarters of barley and 30 thraves of straw (wheat, barley and oat) and provide his son Ralph, while he serves them freely, with food, clothing and footwear. At the end of the term, all the land will return to Simon except for 6 acres which he gave them at the beginning of the agreement. At the feast of St John the Baptist [24 Jun]
