Title
Grant by William son of Richard Dobyn of Glapwell to Robert of Glapwell and Roger his son and his heirs of a part of his messuage in Glapwell 10 feet long and 20 feet broad on which part of a house belonging to Robert is built and 1 acre ½ rood[rod] in Glapwell for which shall be paid to William 1 grain of corn annually. If Roger dies without heirs his brother Thomas shall inherit, then if Thomas dies without heirs, his sister Elizabeth, then if she dies without heirs, the property is to revert to William and his heirs after the deaths of Robert, Roger, Thomas and Elizabeth [20 Mar] 18 Edward III
