| Title | Grant by William son of Richard Dobyn of Glapwell to Robert of Glapwell and Roger his son and his heirs of a part of his messuage in Glapwell 10 feet long and 20 feet broad on which part of a house belonging to Robert is built and 1 acre ½ rood[rod] in Glapwell for which shall be paid to William 1 grain of corn annually.
