Title
Two parts of an indenture made between John son of Richard de Sutton of Averham and Robert of Glapwell testifying that John, when his coming of age is complete, will levy a fine to Robert of Glapwell and Elizabeth his wife and Robert's heirs, of 10 marks of rent in the vill of Dean, Oxfordshire, issuing from lands which John of Dean holds, and John son of Richard will sue that Robert and Elizabeth shall have attornment of the same John of Dean or his heirs. And Robert grants that if he alienates the rent or exchanges it for other land or rent, he will make an estate for himself and Elizabeth and their heirs of their two bodies of the purchase money obtained by sale or exchange of this land; and before the fine is levied. Robert grants that he will make an estate by enfeoffment of all the lands and tenements he holds in Glapwell for himself, Elizabeth his wife and Robert's heirs [9 Feb] 14 Edward III.
