Grant by William de Byrton sometime vicar of Ault Hucknall to Richard son of William de Stanton [? Stanton Hill near Sutton in Ashfield, Nottinghamshire] clerk of a bovate in Glapwell with a toft and rights of pasture in the wood of Bramley, which he bought from Simon sometime lord of Glapwell, for which Richard shall pay 5s 2d annually. The grantor cannot hand over his own charter of enfeoffment since it was burnt with his house at Ault Hucknall
