To Robert Shore of Snitterton, yeoman inconsideration of the sum of £61 11s. 6d., of all that garden or inclosed piece or parcel of ground or intake situated on the west side of Matlock Bath within the manor of Matlock and commonly known as the Step Garden, now unoccupied, containing about a rood of land and all such part or share of the manor or royalty of Matlock as the sum of 27s bears in proportion to the sum of £14 13s. 5d.
