Title
Lease for three years from 18 January 1777 by George White of Winster, gent to Robert Shore of Snitterton gent., in consideration of a yearly rent of £200, of one moiety or half part of a paper mill near Matlock Bath in the parish of Matlock and all engines, wheels, presses, vats, drying houses, warehouses and all other materials, utensils and appurtenances, and also the sole use and benefit of all apprentices bound to the said George White and Robert Shore and all that close or parcel of land on which the said mill stands, and all that other close or parcel of ground lying near the said mill and jointly belonging to the said George White and Robert Shore and known as Richardsons Pingle. Dated 18 April.
