Title
Copy will of Eneas Evans of Derby, stone-cutter. To his wife Ann Evans he bequeaths all his household goods and furniture, stock in trade, money and securities for money and other personal estates and effects out of which she is to pay the sum of £30 a piece to her three sons, Thomas Eneas and Francis Evans when they attain the age of twenty three. If his wife remarries he directs that his said three sons shall receive the sum of £10 a piece in addition to the £30. Dated 22 July
