The bargainees, their servants and workmen, may until 29 September 1739 1). Coal [i.e. make charcoal] and work up the trees and carry them away, and work them up in the old Coach House at Carnfield 2) have a road for their horses, carts and carriages to and from Carnfield to Higham through a farm of the bargainer's called Clarke's Farm 3) make sawpits and get sand and cover upon the premises.
