Description(consideration £52. 10. 0d to Edward from Francis and use of capital messuage called Brookhill with lands in Nottinghamshire and Alfreton), of the manor of Carnfield, half the manor of South Normanton, and a third of the manor of Pinxton, with the rectories and advowsons of South Normanton and Pinxton, and the property late of the estate of Robert or Anne his mother deceased in Carnfield, South Normanton and Pinxton and in Brookhill and Alfreton, with all other lands, tenements and tithes of Francis, Edward, Robert and Anne. The messuage in Brookhill with closes and lands adjoining, and the messuages in Alfreton, to the use of Francis; the manor of Carnfield, the manor of South Normanton and the third of the manor of Pinxton to the use of Millicent Fuller of Nottingham widow; to confirm a mortgage by Robert in £7000 with interest, and then to uses limited in the will of Robert
